Let’s say someone calls you through your Google My Business, and you’re unable to answer. Instead of losing that lead, they’ll receive an automatic text from you, allowing you to maintain connection and keep prospects engaged!
Here's how to set that up:
- Login to your Ramp Account
- Go into Settings
- Click on "Business Info"
- Scroll down to see Missed Call Text Back at the bottom of the right column
- Edit the message as you'd like
- Send a test text
